2: Choose matched IR radiation wavelength for your heated objects

By matching different optimum wavelength of infrared, our Quartz Infrared (IR) Heating Lamps are available for all industrial and scientific heating applications. Different objects different matched IR radiation wavelength.

Metal objects absorb short wave (0.9~1.4μm), Solvent/Plastic materials abosrb fast response medium wave (1.4~2.0μm), Food/Water/Wood absorb medium wave (2.2~4.0μm), Carbon medium wave (2.0~4.0μm) are widely used in warming and sauna, also for other industrial heating applications. 

 

                      

 

 

3: Increase Heating Power Density

We are custom IR lamp manufacturer and we can design IR heat lamps for your higher heating temperature requirement. The highest surface power output of shortwave IR lamp is 200KW/M2, Fast response medium wave IR lamp is 150KW/M2, Carbon medium wave IR lamp is 120KW/M2, Medium wave IR lamp is 100KW/M2

 

4: Increase Infrared Heating Time

Adjust the speed of conveyor or increase the heating length. For example, if we have 2 meter long heating oven with quartz infrared heating lamps, normally we need 100 ℃ for the heated objects, now we need to increase the heating temperature to 120℃, we can lower the conveyor speed to have a longer heating time if available, or we can increase 0.5 meter ～1 meter heating length to make the heated objects have more infrared radiation. 

 

5: Improve Temperature Protection For Infrared Heating Areas

If your heating oven is open or no temperature protection, we suggest you add an proection wall with insulation cotton along infrared heating lamps.
