(Summary description)Twin tube is a better stable design for short wave, fast response medium wave, carbon medium wave and medium wave infrared heating lamps with high radiation density and high power intensity. The twin tube quartz sizes are 23×11mm and 33×15mm. The heating filament of infrared lamps can be designed by tungsten, Ni-Cr alloy and carbon fiber. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the lamps, the special gold reflector or ceramic white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface.
