Principle of Quartz Infrared emitter lamps Quartz infrared emitter lamps utilize the high temperature generated by current passing through the filament to produce intense infrared radiation. These radiations have strong penetrating power, allowing them to directly heat the molecules inside the material. Infrared rays heat objects without direct contact, making the drying process faster. Compared to traditional heating methods (such as convection heating), infrared radiation directly transfers heat to both the surface and interior of the material, reducing energy loss and heat transfer time.         2.     If we distribute infrared heating into the traditional hot air system, that is, infrared heating with hot air circulation, the moisture drying will be better than traditional air heating or using infrared heating alone.     Twin tube medium wave IR lamp is made of quartz twin tube with sizes of 23×11mm or 33×15mm. The heating filament is Ni-Cr or Fe-Cr alloy material. The total length of twin tube medium wave IR heater can be up to 6 meter. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the IR lamp, the special gold reflector or white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface.
