Infrared heating lamps have revolutionized fast heating and energy saving in industrial drying applications. Infrared heating lamps emit infrared radiation, a form of electromagnetic waves that transfer heat directly to objects and people without heating the surrounding air. This focused heating mechanism ensures efficient energy utilization and eliminates the need for noisy fans or blowers. The lamps typically consist of a heating element, reflectors, and quartz tubes.

Quartz infrared heating lamps can be made in various lengths, from 100mm to 6 meters, with voltage ranging from 12V to 800V. This allows for thousands of heating power designs, ranging from 50W to 20KW, depending on different heating temperatures, lengths, and voltages:
- 500W-1500W: Suitable for low-temperature heating needs, such as research and development, health therapy, and indoor heating.
- 1000W-6000W: Suitable for high-temperature industrial heating, such as film forming above 100 degrees, plastic welding above 200 degrees, plastic plate bending above 300 degrees, and glass hot bending and lamination at 400-500 degrees.
Because the infrared heating tube uses high-temperature quartz as the radiation matrix, it can also be designed for scientific research, aerospace heating, and new material applications requiring ultra-high temperatures up to 1300 degrees.

We have 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm and 19mm single quartz tube for different customers. The total length of single tube IR lamp can be up to 2.5 meter. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the IR lamp, the special gold reflector or white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface.
