Principle of Quartz Infrared emitter lamps Quartz infrared emitter lamps utilize the high temperature generated by current passing through the filament to produce intense infrared radiation. These radiations have strong penetrating power, allowing them to directly heat the molecules inside the material. Infrared rays heat objects without direct contact, making the drying process faster. Compared to traditional heating methods (such as convection heating), infrared radiation directly transfers heat to both the surface and interior of the material, reducing energy loss and heat transfer time.         2. Advantages of Quartz Infrared emitter lamps Fast Heating and Energy Efficiency: Since infrared radiation directly heats the material, the transfer time is significantly shortened, reducing energy loss during the heating process. Additionally, infrared emitter lamps quickly reach the required temperature, eliminating the need for a preheating phase, thus improving production efficiency.   Uniform Heating: Quartz infrared emitter lamps provide even heat distribution across the entire conveyor width, ensuring that all products are exposed to the same level of heat, guaranteeing consistent heating for each product. Overview of Infrared Heating Oven: High temperature infrared heating oven is mainly used for thermal protection assessment of insulation coating materials. During its work, it heats one side of the thermal protection coating at a preset rate and measures the temperature rise of the other side to test the insulation performance of the insulation material. In this way, the thermal protection effect and grade parameters of the coating can be obtained, so as to accumulate experience for the subsequent protection coating research and development.     Customer Technical Requests: Test piece size: 60mmx60mmx10mm sheet or 100x100x10mm Test piece surface temperature: >1200℃ Continuous working time of equipment: 1h Heating rate: minimum 20℃/S, maximum 50℃/S Automatic recording of heating surface and back temperature of sample   Infrared Oven Parts: This infrared heating device mainly consists of five parts: infrared heating chamber, infrared radiation heating lamps, SCR temperature controller, temperature control unit and water cooling module.     1) Infrared Heating Chamber: The inner and outer structures of the infrared heating chamber are both square, which are mainly composed of furnace body, furnace door, furnace crucible, specimen fixing frame, observation window, furnace body fixing frame, infrared heating tube, manifold, protective cover, etc., as shown in the figure. The outer layer of the heating chamber is polished stainless steel plate, and the reflective part of the inner layer is mirror stainless steel plate. The furnace crucible is made of ceramic fiber cotton as raw material by vacuum forming technology, and the heating permanent line changes 1350℃*24h <-3% to meet the use requirements. An infrared thermometer fixing device is set on the outer layer of the heating chamber for convenient installation of temperature control and infrared thermometer. 2) Infrared Heating Lamps: Infrared radiation heating lamp is one of the most advanced, highest thermal efficiency and most energy-saving products of contemporary technology. Its matched wavelength infrared radiation has the remarkable characteristics of high intensity, high thermal efficiency, high penetration and low energy consumption. The thermal inertia of infrared radiation heating lamp is very small. After power-on, it can reach 50% of the rated power in 0.8 seconds, 80% of the rated power in about 1 second, and the rated power in about 2 seconds. The rapid heating and cooling. The infrared lamp is coated with directional reflection layer, which can greatly improve the thermal efficiency and reduce the temperature of the reflector. It also has the characteristics of small size, high power and long service life. A single 220V, 4KW, 520mm long and 12mm diameter white reflective tungsten heating lamp is selected for infrared radiation heating. Under standard working conditions, the service life of the lamp tube can reach more than 5000 hours, but the temperature of this equipment test has reached 1200℃, which is close to the highest critical temperature of the heating tube. Then the service life of the lamp tube will be greatly shortened, and more spare parts need to be added as inventory. Infrared radiation heating tube is made of glass. It should be handled lightly during installation and transportation, and bumping is prohibited. During transportation, the equipment should be disassembled and packed separately for proper transportation and storage.
