During the welding process of solar cell modules, the control of welding temperature and time is particularly important. Appropriate welding temperature and accurate welding time ensure the quality of solar cell modules. Infrared welding are using halogen quartz infrared lamps to have a fast response and accurate heating time, stable infrared radiation energy source for a uniform heating, especially non-contact heating.

Infrared radiation heating is a very important heating process technology in the production of photovoltaic modules. It is a new non-contact welding technology for photovoltaic cell series welding equipment. In order to further improve welding efficiency while ensuring product quality, a multi-stage heating method has been introduced to increase the starting temperature of welding, shorten the welding cycle, and significantly improve the phenomenon of cell cracking caused by rapid temperature rise, thereby improving the performance and production efficiency of the equipment. 

 



 

Shortwave Twin Tube Quartz IR Lamp is made of 23×11mm or 33×15mm quartz double tube. The heating filament is tungsten alloy material. Twin tube shortwave infrared heating lamp can be designed with high heating power, the range of radiation wave is 1.0-1.4μm, it is particularly suited for fast response heating processes. This short wave infrared radiation penetrates more deeply into materials, as they can obtain infrared radiation full-efficiency within seconds.



Twin Tube Short Wave Infrared Heating Lamp are widely used in high-efficient industrial fast heating applications.

①:Metal Heating For Aluminum Foil, Aluminum Casting, Aluminum Extrusion

②:Welding equipment such as copper plate or copper wire welding, electronic components wave soldering
