For metal laminating, plastic-film lamination and high-speed continuous laminating equipment, fast-response infrared lamps can provide high radiant heat output within a short response time. The appropriate wavelength, power and lamp-to-material distance should be selected according to the film, adhesive, substrate temperature and laminating speed.

Carbon Medium Wave and Medium Wave Infrared Heating Lamps

Carbon fiber carbon medium wave and medium wave alloy infrared lamps are suitable for stable and continuous heating in laminating and thermal-processing applications involving plastic films, wood, leather, ceramics, paper and textiles.

For heat-sensitive substrates or laminating processes requiring a longer heating period, lamp power, heating distance and reflector direction can be adjusted to gradually heat the film, adhesive layer and substrate while helping to reduce localized overheating.
