Different Heating Filaments for Different Leather and Textile Processes
Tungsten-alloy fast response medium wave infrared lamps provide rapid thermal response and are suitable for processes requiring fast heating or rapid surface heating. Typical applications include automotive leather-seat softening and wrinkle removal, adhesive activation for automotive floor mats, fast screen-printing drying, narrow-width textile printing and coating curing, textile laminating and composite-material preheating. E-DEN's fast medium wave products are also used for textile preheating and rapid drying of inks and coatings.
Carbon fiber carbon medium wave infrared lamps are suitable for continuous moisture drying and surface heating. They can be used for textile drying, latex and water-based coating drying, printing ink drying and other continuous production processes requiring stable infrared output.
Medium wave alloy infrared lamps are suitable for continuous and stable drying and curing processes, including leather coating drying, powder coating curing on leather products, textile moisture drying, water-based coating drying, adhesive curing and textile thermal processing. E-DEN's leather-drying information explains that infrared radiation can transfer energy directly to the leather surface, with part of the radiation entering leather pores, helping shorten drying time and improve drying uniformity.
