E-DEN is a professional quartz infrared heating lamp manufacturer supplying standard and customized infrared heating lamps for paper printing, ink drying, film printing and coating production lines. According to the printing machine structure, installation dimensions, heating area, voltage and power requirements, E-DEN can provide standard replacement lamps or manufacture customized quartz infrared heating lamps with different lengths, power ratings and configurations.
E-DEN supplies infrared heating lamps for a wide range of major printing equipment brands, including Heidelberg, Roland, KBA, Komori and Heraeus. Our existing product range includes replacement lamps for Heidelberg M6.170.0301, Komori LS40, KBA P1813052 and other printing-machine infrared drying systems.
Depending on the printing and drying process, E-DEN can provide infrared heating lamps using tungsten alloy, carbon fiber or medium wave alloy heating filaments. Tungsten short wave and fast medium wave lamps provide rapid response for high-speed ink drying. Carbon medium wave lamps are suitable for continuous drying of inks, emulsions and moisture, while medium wave alloy lamps can be used for stable continuous surface drying and coating processes. E-DEN's current printing applications include offset printing, screen printing, label printing, flexographic printing and paper or textile coating and drying.
Infrared Drying for Paper, Printing Inks and Films
Infrared radiation transfers thermal energy to inks and coatings without direct contact with the printed material, making quartz infrared heating lamps suitable for high-speed printing and coating production lines.
For paper, films, labels and printed coatings, the appropriate infrared wavelength and lamp power can be selected according to the ink or coating, material thickness, production speed and heating area.
