The Twin Tube Quartz Infrared Heating Lamp uses a double-tube structure to provide stable infrared radiation and high heating power. It is widely used in industrial processes such as high-speed printing, coating, laminating, glass processing, photovoltaic manufacturing, electronics, leather finishing, paint curing and industrial drying.

E-DEN offers different infrared heating types according to the heating filament material and radiation wavelength:

Short Wave Infrared Heating Lamp: With a peak wavelength of approximately 1.0–1.4 μm, short wave lamps provide very fast response and are suitable for electronics welding, PCB heating, photovoltaic applications and other rapid heating processes.

Fast Response Medium Wave Infrared Heating Lamp: With a peak wavelength of approximately 1.4–2.0 μm, these lamps heat surfaces and thin material layers quickly. They are suitable for high-speed printing machines, coating machines, laminating equipment, ink drying and selected glass-processing applications.

Carbon Medium Wave Infrared Heating Lamp: Using a carbon fiber heating filament and a radiation range of approximately 2.0–4.0 μm, carbon medium wave lamps are suitable for moisture, ink, emulsion and agricultural product drying.

Medium Wave Infrared Heating Lamp: Suitable for industrial drying and curing applications involving leather, paint, coatings, moisture and other materials.

E-DEN twin tube quartz infrared heating lamps can be customized for different equipment and process requirements. Available voltage options include 90V, 100V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 480V, 600V and 700V. Individual lamp power can range from 500W to 20KW, while the total lamp length can be customized from approximately 100 mm to 6.2 m, depending on the lamp design and electrical parameters. Standard twin tube cross-sections include 23×11 mm and 33×15 mm.

To improve the direction and utilization of infrared radiation, the quartz tube can be supplied with a gold reflector or white ceramic reflector.
