(Summary description)Infrared heating lamps are widely used in the industrial applications with diffenret demands of heating temperature range from 50 to 300℃, especially for industrial rubber material softening and welding process, and plastic sheets laminating, therforming and bending processes.

 

Drying Latex moisture we need 80~120 ℃

Rubber and leather softening we need 60~120 ℃

Bonding of rubber hoses we need 150~180 ℃ 

Plastics thermoforming and laminating we need 120~200 ℃

Rubber and plastics pipe welding we need 200~250 ℃

 



 



 

Quartz infrared lamps have the advantages of high radiation energy, high power intensity, matched absorb wavelength, instantaneous start, and stable infrared radiation heating, which can shorten the drying time than traditional heating elements and have a “catalysis” on the good performance of the coating during curing process.

 



 

We design and produce single tube IR lamps from 100mm~3000mm for your different heaitng areas. And our twin tube quartz infrared heaters can be designed up to 6200mm long for your drying tunnel.

 



 

We have twin tube IR quartz lamps from 100mm~6000mm for larger heating projects.
