Infrared heating lamps are widely used in the industrial applications with diffenret demands of heating temperature range from 50 to 300℃, especially for industrial rubber material softening and welding process, and plastic sheets laminating, therforming and bending processes.

Drying Latex moisture we need 80～120 ℃

Rubber and leather softening we need 60～120 ℃

Bonding of rubber hoses we need 150～180 ℃

Plastics thermoforming and laminating we need 120～200 ℃

Rubber and plastics pipe welding we need 200～250 ℃
