PCB boards are generally made of multiple layers of glass fiber or resin. There is usually a certain deformation after production. In order to solve this problem, we have horizontal continuous leveling machine with infrared heaters, and the heaters are ceramic heaters or traditional hot air. But the radiation of ceramic heater decays quickly and the traditional hot air need a longer response time to heating temperature. To meet higher production demands, our quartz infrared heating lamps are fixed on both sides of PCB boards and the surface of boards are heated at the same time. Our infrared heating lamp is encapsulated in a vacuum transparent quartz glass tube. The heating element is not affected by external air or airflow, and the infrared radiation rays are stable and highly transmission and can penetrate deep into the object. Due to more stable and uniform infrared heating, higher efficiency for PCB leveling.

Infrared preheating before flux soldering can raise the temperature of the PCB circuit board and activate the flux, it can also evaporate any moisture or the carrier solvent on PCB boards. Due to the higher heat capacity of double-sided and multi-layer boards than single-sided boards, twin tube gold reflector infrared radiation heating lamps are used for a higher and faster preheating temperature.
