Infrared Heater Lamp For Melting Dry Ice In 2 seconds Under 20 atm Pressure
Quartz infrared heating are widely used in industrial heating process, such as glass cutting, plastics forming, laminating, food drying, glass bending, paint curing, PCB leveling, metal welding and etc. Here we are talking about how infrared heating to melt dry ice to 20 degrees C under 20 atm presssure within 2 seconds. The heating research project is from local university.

The heating project requests melting dry ice to 20 ℃ within 2 seconds, so we suggest using high powerful twin tube IR heater lamps. But the construction of twin tube cannot resist 20 atm high pressure and twin tube IR lamps were broken in pieces.

Then we provide 10mm dehydroxyl round quartz tube for making infrared lamps. And the single tube infrared heat lamp are proved no problem and can work under 20 atm pressure. Now they requests to increase the pressure to 30atm and we suggest more thickness round type quartz IR lamps for the heating project.
