SCR is widely used in resistance load heating industry, such as electric furnace, injection molding equipment, thermoplastic molding, textile equipment and infrared heating or IR drying system.

The thyristor output is a complete sine wave with automatic variable period technology. The control part is photoelectric isolated from the main circuit, and the performance is stable. Can accept PT100, K, S, E, J, N and other signal input or computer signal input. Manual/automatic adjustment mode is optional, control accuracy can reach 1% ~ 0.1% . Three-phase main circuit load can be connected into Y, Y 0, and other connection methods. The whole machine has good adaptability to voltage fluctuation. The working voltage can be in the range of AC100-240V, and the load voltage can be in the range of AC 180-480V.

 

 

  

 

 

Our quartz infrared lamps are resistnace load and can be adjusted the output power by SCR regulator with accurate ±1℃ heating temperature. For example, if we need 120℃ heating temperature, and the real-time temperature is 115℃ from the temperature sensor, then the temp sensor will return the singal to SCR units and SCR will raise up the heating output power. In opposite,  if the real-time temperature is 123℃ from the temperature sensor, then the temp sensor will return the singal to SCR units and SCR will lower the heating output power of quartz infrared lamps. As the following diagrams, ΔT is smaller and more stable heating temperature we have.
