In civilian life, we often use above charcoal or gas heating burner to bake food, roast meat, roast chicken, and roast duck. In industrial food production, charcoal or gas heating burner is not suitable for continuous production operations. Therefore, we recommend quartz infrared heaters with gold or ceramic reflective layers, which can heat quickly and improve heat conversion efficiency, an no smoke and other pollutant, and our quartz infrared heaters can work 24-hours with temperature controller system.

 

 

 

Medium wave quartz infrared heater lamps are particularly suitable for the fast heating of surface or thin materials, and the range of IR radiation wavelength is 2.2-4.0μm. Meat, herbs, fruits, vegetables and other food in life, paints, plastics sheet or film, water and other solvents in industry, all of their drying processes can absorb well this medium wave infrared radiation. Because of its long working life and economic efficiency, medium wave infrared heater lamps are popular used in continuous heating processes and long drying machine or drying oven.

 

Medium wave Infrared heaters are made of quartz twin tube with sizes of 23×11mm or 33×15mm. The heating filament is national standard Ni-Cr or Fe-Cr alloy material, and filament heating temperature is up to 1200. The total length of twin tube medium wave IR heater lamp can be up to 6meter. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the Infrared heaters, the special gold reflector or white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface.
