Quartz Infrared IR Lamp For Particleboard Preheating Before Spraying

(Summary description)As the above heating tunnel, the customer from USA complain that the temperature of preheating is only 38 degrees C and they need the prehating temperature of 80 degrees C. We can see the heating element inside of tunnel is old tube heater and other details of heating tunnel are as below:
1: Conveyor belt speed: 5-6 meters per minute
2: The heating zone is 4 meters, and 12 pcs resistance wire heating tubes with 1.2 meter long are distributed in the heating zone and power of each heating tube is 1.2KW.
3: The distance between heater tubes is about 350mm, and the distance from heater tube to particleboard surface is 200mm. The height in the equipment space is 300mm
4: The requested heating temperature is 80 degrees, and the room temperature is 20 degrees. Currently, the surface of particleboard can only be heated to 38 degrees.
So now how to increase the preheating temperature for the customer?
1: Firstly we should know that the heating elements inside of tunnel has low electrothermal conversion efficiency, the heat source is exposed in the air and easily oxidized, the infrared radiation decays rapidly, and the energy consumption is getting higher and higher. So we suggest using transparent quartz infrared heat lamp to replace the original heating elments to increase the electrothermal conversion efficiency. Our medium wave infrared heating lamp is made of transparent quartz tubes and high temperature resist alloy heating filaments, the IR energy can be directly abosred by heated objects, especially our fast medium wave IR lamp is encapsulated in a vacuum transparent quartz glass tube. The tungsten alloy heating filament is not affected by external air or airflow, and the infrared radiation rays are stable and highly transmission and can penetrate deep into the object.
2: The heating power of original heater element is 1.2KW, and the total heating power for the tunnel is not enough to reach 80℃ heating temperature. So we have to increase the heating power of each IR lamp and adjust the heating distance between IR lamp to particleboard surface. The available heat distance is 80mm~150mm.
3: Keeping aluminum reflector for each infrared heat lamp, and we can provide our lamp holders for installing on aluminum reflectors.
4: We suggest using circulating hot air with our IR heat lamp to have a better uniform heating for the particleboard, especially should make a longer heat lamp to keep the two sides of particleboard without large temperature difference.

Our suggestions for increasing the heating temperature by our quartz infrared heat lamp?
1: 15~18 pcs twin tube medium wave IR Lamp or fast medium wave IR Heat Lamp
2: Each power of infrared heat lamp is 2.5KW~3.0KW
3: Add thermal insulation inside the heating area
4: Due to the high transfer speed, we suggest increasing the heating area at the inlet and outlet space
5: Reflector of IR lamp, gold coating (better) or ceramic white coating
6: The running time of machine is 24 hours per day, so we suggest using an accurate temperature controller for the machine
