Can you recommend the number of Infrared Tubes required to achieved 80C inside the cabinet based on the specified air-flow (exhausted out).

The quartz lamps of infrared heating system are distributed along the running steel plate, installed on the upper and lower sides of the steel plate, or the left and right sides. The lamps of infrared heating system need to be divided into different heating groups and each heating group can be switched on and off and temperature controlled separately to meet the heating needs of different width steel plate.
4: What factors should be considered when designing lamp power?
Heating temperature, this is an important factor to design the heating power, and all quartz heating lamps should be controlled by PLC or SCR to adjust the heating temperature in the drying oven.
Coating thickness and plate thickness, more thicker plate needs more heating power and we should calculate the biggest thickness plate as an important factor.
