Fast response heating quartz infrared lamps refer to a series of tubular lamps that can emit 1.1-2.0μm infrared spectrum, different sizes and powers. It usually consists of a tubular quartz glass tube with a built-in helical filament. The filament is supported by a ring-shaped bracket ring and is isolated from the inner wall of the glass tube to prevent damage to the tube wall caused by the high temperature of the filament in the working state. The two ends of the quartz tube are flattened and sealed under the flame melting state, and the tube is filled with inert gas such as argon to protect the filament from being oxidized at high temperature. The clip seal connects the filament to the external electrode with a molybdenum sheet. Commonly used lamp holders include square ceramic heads, metal sheet lamp holders, and small ceramic cylindrical lamp holders. A directional ceramic or gold reflective coating that can reflect infrared energy back to heated objects to improve the heating efficiency of the lamps.
