Quartz infrared lamps emit infrared radiation, a form of electromagnetic waves transfer heat directly to objects and people without heating the surrounding air. This focused heating mechanism ensures efficient energy utilization and eliminates the need noisy fans or blowers. The lamps typically consist of a heating element, reflectors and quartz tubes.

 

 

 

Power design of infrared heating Lamp

 

Quartz infrared heating lamp can be made of different lengths, from 100mm to 6 meters long, the lamp' voltage can be from 12V to 800V, therefore, the lamp heating power can be designed in thousands of types. Based on different heating temperatures, different heating lengths and different heating voltages, infrared lamp can be designed from 50W to 20KW.

 

50W-300W infrared lamp can be used for research and development needs of low temperature heating, health therapy, indoor heating; 500W-2000W IR heat lamps can also be used for industrial heating with high temperature requirements, such as more than 100 degrees of film forming, more than 200 degrees of plastic welding, more than 300 degrees of plastic plate bending, 400 to 500 degrees of glass hot bending, glass lamination and so on; Since the infrared heating lamps are made of high-temperature quartz tube as the radiation matrix, the infrared heating lamp can also be designed into scientific research heating, aerospace heating, and new material application heating for 1300 degrees ultra-high temperature heating requirements.
