Short wave infrared lamp is designed with high heating power, the range of radiation wave is 0.9-1.4μm, it is particularly suited for fast response heating processes. This short wave infrared radiation penetrates more deeply into materials, as they can obtain their full-efficiency within seconds. In addition, a white or gold reflector can be fixed directly on the short wave infrared lamp to improve the energy radiation on the heating materials.
Fast response medium wave infrared lamp can be switched on/off the same as short wave lamps in a short time, and the range of IR radiation wave is 1.4-2.0μm. The especial fast medium wave can heat the surface and thin layers quickly. Fast medium wave lamps can be made in all lengths up to 6 meter long. The twin tube designed lamps are stable and its high power density lamp can transfer high energy to the long material.
Medium wave infrared lamps are particularly suitable for the fast heating of surface or thin materials, and the range of IR radiation wave is 2.2-4.0μm. Plastic, water and other solvents absorb well this medium wave radiation. Because of its long working life and economical efficiency, medium wave lamps are popular used in continuous heating processes, such as making natural herbal medicine or drying the tea in a continuous running oven.
Carbon medium wave infrared heating lamps are designed with special carbon fiber heating filament, which are suitable for fast heating of surface or drying water, and the range of IR radiation wave is 2.0-4.0μm. Because of its low color temperature and matched medium wave infrared radiation, carbon medium wave infrared lamps are widely used in civilian application, tea drying, food and vegetables drying, making delicious chicken and natural herbal medicine.
In order to enhance the efficiency of heating and to ensure that the intense infrared (IR) radiation produced by the lamp is effectively directed towards the material that requires heating, a specially designed gold reflector or a white reflector will be meticulously coated and securely affixed directly onto the surface of the quartz. As a result, this method leads to a notable increase in both the heating efficiency and the speed at which the material reaches the desired temperature, surpassing the performance of standard clear quartz tube IR emitters. Moreover, by strategically arranging the emitters within the machinery and carefully controlling the distance between the emitters and the material that needs to be heated, it is possible to achieve an optimal reflective angle ranging from 60° to 80°. This precise arrangement is crucial for ensuring an even distribution of heat, which is particularly beneficial for the end parts of the products being processed. Such attention to detail in the design and implementation of the heating system not only maximizes the effectiveness of the IR radiation but also contributes to the overall quality and consistency of the heating process, making it an invaluable technique in various industrial applications.
