KZ(i) Series Intelligent Thyristor Power Regulator
I. Overview
The KZ(i) series intelligent thyristor power regulator is a complete control equipment assembly specifically developed for resistive heating loads. When combined with heating elements and temperature sensors, it forms a complete automatic temperature control system. It is widely applicable in industries requiring automatic temperature control for heated objects, such as light industry, metallurgy, chemical engineering, heat treatment, food processing, printing, dyeing, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and coating. It is suitable for heating equipment using resistive heating elements.
The KZ(i) series incorporates several new technologies independently developed or introduced by Danlian Technology Co., Ltd., offering the following outstanding advantages:
★ Intelligent thyristor trigger (module) employs the company’s proprietary automatic variable cycle technology, ensuring that the thyristor outputs complete sine waves evenly without waveform distortion.
★ Intelligent temperature controller integrates fuzzy control, PID adjustment, and modularization technologies, featuring auto-tuning and adaptive functions to achieve high-precision control without overshoot or undershoot.
★ Thyristor variable cycle power regulation ensures continuous and uniform heating of workpieces, avoiding the "uneven heating" and temperature overshoot/undershoot issues associated with solid-state relay (SSR) power regulation or fixed-cycle triggering methods. It also features a "soft start" function, preventing grid impact caused by full-load application (varies by model).
★ One-key auto/manual switching with bumpless transfer from auto to manual, and a warning prompt when switching from manual to auto (varies by model).
★ Easy implementation of up to 30-segment time–temperature profiles to meet heating process requirements (varies by model).
★ Highly integrated structure for extremely simple installation and wiring – users only need to connect output, input power lines, and temperature sensor signal lines for commissioning.
★ Simple commissioning and operation – users only need to perform basic configuration on the intelligent controller panel; no internal adjustments are required.
★ Comprehensive low-voltage operation capability, overvoltage pulse protection, overcurrent protection, and thyristor overtemperature protection.
★ High-quality thyristors or imported thyristor modules in the main circuit (varies by model).
★ Support for unattended automatic operation with optional COM interface and communication protocol for connection to a host computer (varies by model).
