Infrared quartz lamps have special heating advantages compared to traditional heat sources, such as hot air, ceramic heaters, gas heaters or metal heaters. Infrared quartz heating lamps can deliver large amounts of radiation energy directly to heated objects. Infrared radiation does not need to contact the product and does not require the intermediate medium to transfer heat.
Halogen Infrared lamps can heat specific areas of the preform (such as the bottle mouth or bottom) in a targeted manner, avoiding material waste caused by traditional overall heating and improving heating uniformity.
The blow molding machine uses infrared heating technology to preheat the preform, especially when producing thin-walled bottles or lightweight bottles. Infrared heating can accurately control the temperature distribution and reduce material stress.
Use halogen short-wave infrared lamps (wavelength 0.76-1.4μm), which have strong penetration and directly heat the inside of the preform.
Cooperate with sensors to monitor temperature in real time and dynamically adjust infrared power to avoid overheating or insufficient heating.
