400V 4000W 1360MM Electric Infrared Heating Element Energy Saving Infrared Radiation Emitter Fast response medium wave infrared lamp can be switched on/off the same as short wave lamps in a short time, and the range of IR radiation wave is 1.4-2.0μm. The especial fast medium wave can heat the surface and thin layers quickly. Fast medium wave lamps can be made in all lengths up to 6 meter long. The twin tube designed lamps are stable and its high power density lamp can transfer high energy to the long material.     Carbon medium wave infrared heating lamps are designed with special carbon fiber heating filament, which are suitable for fast heating of surface or drying water and inks, and the range of IR radiation wave is 2.0-4.0μm. Because of its low color temperature and matched medium wave infrared radiation, carbon medium wave infrared lamps are widely used in industry screen printing for textiles, emulsion drying, tea drying, food and vegetables drying, civilian application like infrared heater for warming, heating stove and natural herbal medicine.   Twin tube carbon medium wave infrared heating lamp can be used for application which needs heating temperature from 40-400 ℃, especailly lower visiable lights requested. We have 23×11mm or 33×15mm double quartz tube for producing different length and different power. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the IR lamp, the special gold reflector or white ceramic reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface.   Medium wave quartz infrared radiator lamp are particularly suitable for the fast heating of surface or thin materials, and the range of IR radiation wave is 2.2-4.0μm. Plastic, water and other solvents absorb well this medium wave radiation. Because of its long working life and economical efficiency, medium wave lamps are popular used in continuous heating processes and long heating machine or drying oven.
