Short Wave and Fast Medium Wave Twin Tube Infrared Heating Lamps
E-DEN twin tube quartz infrared heating lamps are designed for industrial heating applications where fast response, high radiation intensity and flexible installation are required.Depending on the heating process, E-DEN can provide short wave and fast medium wave infrared heating lamps.
Short wave infrared lamps provide fast heating response and high available radiation power density, making them suitable for processes that require rapid heating.
Fast medium wave infrared lamps typically use tungsten heating elements and can reach full heating output in approximately 1–2 seconds. Their output power can be controlled by PLC, SCR or other suitable power-control systems, making them suitable for continuous industrial production lines, rapid preheating, drying and curing.
E-DEN twin tube infrared lamps can be designed with 23 × 11 mm or 33 × 15 mm tube configurations. Gold reflectors or ceramic white reflectors can also be used according to the required radiation direction and heating arrangement.
Infrared Heating for Metal Coating and Steel Paint Curing
Quartz infrared heating lamps are widely used in industrial coating and curing processes for steel and other metal products.
Infrared radiation can transfer heat directly to the coated material and substrate. Compared with heating systems that rely mainly on hot-air circulation, infrared heating can provide a more direct heating method and can be arranged close to the workpiece to achieve rapid heating.
