Laminated Glass Cutting 600V 8000W 3850MM Twin Tube Fast Response Medium Wave Heating Infrared Emitter


Twin Tube Gold Reflector Infrared Emitter For Tempered Glass Cutting We cannot cut tempered glass directly, otherwise it will be broken. But if we heat up the temperature on glass by IR heat emitter, then we can cut the heated glass easier. Along the cutting trajectory to install infrared twin tube emitters, the infrared heating will increase the temperature of glass rapidly, and the heat is passed to the surrounding area in the form of thermal conductivity, forming a thermal influence area along the infrared heating trajectory, especially the temperature on the cutting trajectory is going to be the highest. The fast heating raise the temperature and it causes the glass expansion to have compression stress. The upper and lower surface of the glass produces tensile stress, due to the temperature decreasing by air convection.
