Medium Wave Quartz Infrared Heater Lamps-Technical Datas

Medium wave quartz infrared emitters are particularly suitable for the fast heating of surface or thin materials, and the range of IR radiation wavelength is 2.2-4.0μm. Meat, herbs, fruits, vegetables and other food in life, paints, plastics sheet or film, water and other solvents in industry, all of their drying processes can absorb well this medium wave infrared radiation. Because of its long working life and economic efficiency, medium wave infrared emitters are popular used in continuous and uniform heating processes and long drying machine or drying oven.

 

 

Technical Datas-Twin Tube Design

Medium wave infrared emitters are made of quartz twin tube with sizes of 23×11mm or 33×15mm. The heating filament is national standard Ni-Cr or Fe-Cr alloy material (the best one is from Kanthal brand), and filament heating temperature is up to 1400℃. The total length of twin tube medium wave emitter can be up to 6meter. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the infrared emitters, the special gold reflector or white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface.
