Infrared Heating Lamp For Plastic (ABS, PC, PE, PP, PS, PET, PVC, PMMA) Industry

Quartz Infrared heating lamp can be designed with high power density, the infrared radiation energy emitted from quartz IR heat lamp can reach hundreds of degrees within one minute, even less time to around ten seconds. In plastics industry process, the plastics like ABS, PC, PE, PP, PS, PET, PVC, PMMA, they all can be laminated or formed in a short time under the fast response infrared heating because of their good thermoplastic properties. Many customers are using ceramic heater or resistance element heating tubes in plastic lamination or thermoplastic molding, but ceramic heater or resistance element are exposure to air and they are oxidized quickly, so their infrared radiation heat energy decays quickly. As a result, the heating temperature is insufficient or the heating time is too long, resulting in a decrease in production efficiency.   Our quartz infrared heating lamp are vacuum sealed in a transparent quartz glass tube without air. The radiation heat is stable, the infrared radiation efficiency can be stabilized at more than 90% for a long time. And the heating temperature can be accurately controlled through our SCR regulator or PLC, IR heating also can be divided into different heating length and different heating zones. Such as for 9 meter heating oven, 3 meter per heating zone, and the heating temperature can be controlled on each heating zone with our infrared heating lamp. PET Crystal Drying With Single Tube IR Heating Lamp IR Lamps For PET Blow Molding  PC PET Substrate Lamination In the following videos, please see how quick quartz infrared heating lamp can reach our matched temperature. Normally, the smaller the distance between infrared quartz halogen lamp and heated object, the obtained radiant energy and the heating temperature are higher. We are infrared lamp manufacturer and we can produce different quartz heating lamps according to your different machine designs.        ABS Resin, PMMA Acrylic Sheet Infrared Thermoforming
