(Summary description)Fast response medium-wave infrared emitters have the same product composition as short-wave infrared emitters. By changing the structure of the tungsten wire, use different radiant quartz body, its color temperature can be controlled around 1400-2000K, and then radiates most of infrared energy with a wavelength between 1.4-2.0 microns.

 



 

Fast response medium wave infrared emitters not only have the advantages of high heat density, strong radiation ability, and fast start-up speed of short wave, but also have the gentle heat generation method of medium wave. It can directly radiat surrounding air medium to form convective heating, which is softer, more uniform and easier to control.

 



 

 



 

Twin tube fast response medium wave infrared heating lamp can be controlled and adjusted the output power by PLC or SCR regulator automatically, so we can have accurate(±1 ℃)IR heating temperature in industry process. The heating filaments can be designed and work in 1200~1800℃ with 1~2 seconds fast response time, so the FMW IR lamp are widely used for fast heating application which needs heating temperature from 50~500℃. Suh as

 

Automotive industry: plastic welding; interior wrapping; sealing strip/wire harness heating; vehicle/partial baking paint; water tank/filter/tail lamp welding

Rubber and plastic industry: surface modification, softening, molding; PET bottle blowing; film stretching, shrinking

Printing industry: glue, ink drying and curing;

Glass industry: screen printing, lamination, annealing and coating drying
