PCB Circuit Board Leveling With Infrared Heating   PCB boards are generally made of multiple layers of glass fiber or resin. There is usually a certain deformation after production. In order to solve this problem, we have horizontal continuous leveling machine with infrared heaters, and the heaters are ceramic heaters or traditional hot air. But the radiation of ceramic heater decays quickly and the traditional hot air need a longer response time to heating temperature. To meet higher production demands, our quartz infrared heating lamps are fixed on both sides of PCB boards and the surface of boards are heated at the same time. Quartz Infrared heating lamp can be designed with high power density, the infrared radiation energy emitted from quartz IR heat lamp can reach hundreds of degrees within one minute, even less time to around ten seconds. In plastics industry process, the plastics like ABS, PC, PE, PP, PS, PET, PVC, PMMA, they all can be laminated or formed in a short time under the fast response infrared heating because of their good thermoplastic properties. Many customers are using ceramic heater or resistance element heating tubes in plastic lamination or thermoplastic molding, but ceramic heater or resistance element are exposure to air and they are oxidized quickly, so their infrared radiation heat energy decays quickly. As a result, the heating temperature is insufficient or the heating time is too long, resulting in a decrease in production efficiency.   Our quartz infrared heating lamp are vacuum sealed in a transparent quartz glass tube without air. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the lamp, the special gold reflector or white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface. The use of a coating reflectors on IR emitters will obtain an additional increase of the IR radiation energy to the heating material. So the heating efficiency and time will be faster than clear quartz tube IR emitters. Besides, through the appropriate distribution of the emitters inside the machinery and the distance from emitter to be heated material, it’s able to get a better reflective angle (60°～80°) for even heating temperature, especially the end parts of products.
