Principle of Quartz Infrared emitter lamps Quartz infrared emitter lamps utilize the high temperature generated by current passing through the filament to produce intense infrared radiation. These radiations have strong penetrating power, allowing them to directly heat the molecules inside the material. Infrared rays heat objects without direct contact, making the drying process faster. Compared to traditional heating methods (such as convection heating), infrared radiation directly transfers heat to both the surface and interior of the material, reducing energy loss and heat transfer time.         2. Advantages of Quartz Infrared emitter lamps Fast Heating and Energy Efficiency: Since infrared radiation directly heats the material, the transfer time is significantly shortened, reducing energy loss during the heating process.   • With the development of science and technology, coatings are widely used in various production industries. Whether it is water-based coatings, solvent-based coatings or powder coatings, they all need to be cured and dried. The traditional electric heating tube or ceramic heating tube has low electrothermal conversion efficiency, the heat source is exposed in the air and easily oxidized, the infrared radiation decays rapidly, and the energy consumption is getting higher and higher. Therefore, the quartz infrared heating technology with higher electrothermal conversion efficiency has gradually been widely used in various spraying processes, such as wood board paint drying, metal paint drying, plastic film substrate drying, leather coating drying, textiles coating drying and etc.

     

    Our infrared heating lamp is encapsulated in a vacuum transparent quartz glass tube. The heating element is not affected by external air or airflow, and the infrared radiation rays are stable and highly transmission and can penetrate deep into the object. During the drying process, due to the matched infrared wavelength, the moisture and solvent in the paint evaporate quickly, and the paint layer on the surface of the object does not produce bubbles or small holes, so our IR heat lamp can effectively improve the surface quality of the paint and increase the adhesion of the paint film. Higher strength, brighter brightness and better toughness.

     

     

     

    Fast response medium wave IR heat lamp can be switched on/off the same as shortwave IR heat lamps in a short time, and the range of IR radiation wave is 1.4-2.0μm. The especial fast medium wave ir heat lamp can heat the surface and thin layers quickly. Fast medium wave heat IR lamps can be made in single tube with sizes of 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm, 19mm. The reflector designed lamps are special for directionally heated products and long lamps for long heated materials. 

     

      

    Single tube fast medium wave infrared heating lamp can dry ink and coatings on the surface of objects in a short time. The heating filaments can be desinged and work in 1200~1800℃, so the FMW quartz IR lamps are widely used for fast heating application which needs heating temperature from 50~500℃.
