Principle of Quartz Infrared emitter lamps Quartz infrared emitter lamps utilize the high temperature generated by current passing through the filament to produce intense infrared radiation. These radiations have strong penetrating power, allowing them to directly heat the molecules inside the material. Infrared rays heat objects without direct contact, making the drying process faster. Compared to traditional heating methods (such as convection heating), infrared radiation directly transfers heat to both the surface and interior of the material, reducing energy loss and heat transfer time.         2. Advantages of Quartz Infrared emitter lamps Fast Heating and Energy Efficiency: Since infrared radiation directly heats the material, the transfer time is significantly shortened, reducing energy loss during the heating process. Additionally, infrared emitter lamps quickly reach the required temperature, eliminating the need for a preheating phase, thus improving production efficiency.   Uniform Heating: Quartz infrared emitter lamps provide even heat distribution across the entire conveyor width, ensuring that all products are exposed to the same level of heat, guaranteeing consistent heating for each product. This is crucial for improving drying quality and reducing product inconsistency. The flexible arrangement and design of the lamps allow operators to precisely control heat intensity and distribution, enabling fine-tuning of the drying process based on specific product needs.   Space Savings and Process Optimization: The compact design of quartz infrared emitter lamps allows for easy integration into various conveyor dryers, resulting in a more compact overall equipment design, which is easier to arrange and operate. Precise control of temperature and heat distribution also provides operators with flexible adjustment options to meet the needs of different products.

    Twin tube is a better stable design for short wave, fast response medium wave, carbon medium wave and medium wave infrared heating lamps with high radiation density and high power intensity. The twin tube quartz sizes are 23×11mm and 33×15mm. The heating filament of infrared lamps can be designed by tungsten, Ni-Cr alloy and carbon fiber. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the lamps, the special gold reflector or ceramic white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface.

     

    According to the configuration of different heating filament design and ending cables, twin tube infrared lamp can be produced as the following common filament configuration. 

    1: Cables can be one side connection or two sides connection

    2: Different heating length designed for partial heating purpose

    3: Length is up to 6 meter long and widely used in industrial heating process, such as glass cutting, plastics forming or lamination, auto painting and etc..

     

     

    Twin tube shortwave infrared heating lamp is designed with high heating power, the range of radiation wave is 1.0-1.4μm, it is particularly suited for fast response heating processes. This short wave infrared radiation penetrates more deeply into materials, as they can obtain infrared radiation full-efficiency within seconds. Meanwhile has the following advantages:

    1. Fast response time, the heating temperature can rise and fall quickly

    2. By combining with the reflection module, IR lamps can work in a small area by concentrating light or parallel irradiation

    3. The lamp does not touch the heated object and can be used in a clean environment and no harmful

    4. The working lamp is not disturbed by the atmosphere and external environment and can be used in a vacuum oven.

    5. Inside of filaments can be designed and heat up to 2200°C, so the objects can be heated up to 1000°C or higher, depending on the material and size being heated.
