400V 12000W Rapid Medium Wave Twin Tube Infrared Emitter IR Radiator Lamp We are twin tube infrared emitter lamp manufacturer and our twin tube is a better stable design for short wave, fast response medium wave, carbon medium wave and medium wave infrared heating lamps with high radiation density and high power intensity. The twin tube quartz sizes are 23×11mm and 33×15mm. The heating filament of infrared lamps can be designed by tungsten, Ni-Cr alloy and carbon fiber. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the lamps, the special gold reflector or ceramic white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface. Twin tube fast response medium wave infrared heating lamp can be controlled and adjusted the output power by PLC or SCR regulator automatically, so we can have accurate（±1 ℃）IR heating temperature in industry process. The heating filaments can be desinged and work in 1200～1800℃ with 1~2 seconds fast response time, so the FMW IR lamp are widely used for fast heating application which needs heating temperature from 50～500℃. Because of needing small installation space and flexible working position, our infrared quartz heating lamps are popular for industrial customers to repalce air heating and other high energy consumption electric heating elements, or customers prefer a combination heating solutions which includes circle hot air heating with fast efficient IR heatings.
