400V 3650W 1050mm Halogen Heating Infrared Lamp For Semiconductor Photovoltaics Welding Applications Voltage=400V Wattage=3650W Total length=1050mm Tube diameter=10mm Reflector=Clear   Infrared welding is an important process technology in the production of photovoltaic modules. It is a new non-contact welding technology for photovoltaic cell series welding equipment. In order to further improve welding efficiency while ensuring product quality, a multi-stage heating method has been introduced to increase the starting temperature of welding, shorten the welding cycle, and significantly improve the phenomenon of cell cracking caused by rapid temperature rise, thereby improving the performance and production efficiency of the equipment.     Due to its excellent temperature control with fast response and stability performance, as well as the advantages of stable and reliable quality and high welding efficiency of welded battery string products, infrared welding technology has been rapidly developed in recent years and gradually replaced the old contact welding methods (such as roller pressure welding, hot air welding, electromagnetic induction welding, etc...     Short Wave Halogen Infrared Lamps are widely used in high-efficient industrial fast heating applications. The halogen IR lamp is made of transparent quartz tube. The heating filament is tungsten alloy material. We have 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm and 19mm single quartz tube and 23×11mm twin tube for different types. The total length of single tube IR lamp can be up to 2.5 meter. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the IR lamp, the special gold reflector or white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface. Halogen short-wave infrared heating lamp has the following advantages: 1. Fast response time, the heating temperature can rise and fall quickly 2. By combining with the reflection module, IR lamps can work in a small area by concentrating light or parallel irradiation 3. The lamp does not touch the heated object and can be used in a clean environment and no harmful 4. The working lamp is not disturbed by the atmosphere and external environment and can be used in a vacuum oven. 5.
