Principle of Quartz Infrared emitter lamps Quartz infrared emitter lamps utilize the high temperature generated by current passing through the filament to produce intense infrared radiation. These radiations have strong penetrating power, allowing them to directly heat the molecules inside the material. Infrared rays heat objects without direct contact, making the drying process faster. Compared to traditional heating methods (such as convection heating), infrared radiation directly transfers heat to both the surface and interior of the material, reducing energy loss and heat transfer time.         2. Advantages of Quartz Infrared emitter lamps Fast Heating and Energy Efficiency: Since infrared radiation directly heats the material, the transfer time is significantly shortened, reducing energy loss during the heating process. Additionally, infrared emitter lamps quickly reach the required temperature, eliminating the need for a preheating phase, thus improving production efficiency.   Uniform Heating: Quartz infrared emitter lamps provide even heat distribution across the entire conveyor width, ensuring that all products are exposed to the same level of heat, guaranteeing consistent heating for each product. This is crucial for improving drying quality and reducing product inconsistency.   • Infrared heating technology radiates and conveys large amounts of energy in a short time. Infrared lamps are suitable for printing、packing、plastic processing、heating food、drying wood、auto industry and other areas what you need. Our lamps are available for large surfaces, for three dimensional shapes and for small work pieces. By matching the optimum wavelength of infrared, the lamps can save energy up to 50%. Twin tube shape is a better stable design for short wave infrared lamp with high radiation density and high power intensity. 


    Short wave infrared heating lamp is designed with high heating power, the range of radiation wave is 1.0-1.4μm, it is particularly suited for fast response heating processes. This short wave infrared radiation penetrates more deeply into materials, as they can obtain their full-efficiency within seconds. In addition, a white or gold reflector can be fixed directly on the short wave infrared lamp to improve the energy radiation on the heating materials.

     

     

    Fast response medium wave infrared lamp can be switched on/off the same as short wave lamps in a short time, and the range of IR radiation wave is 1.4-2.0μm. The especial fast medium wave can heat the surface and thin layers quickly. Fast medium wave lamps can be made in all lengths up to 6 meter long. The twin tube designed lamps are stable and its high power density lamp can transfer high energy to the long material.

    We can design the IR heaters for roller drying to match your heating temperature, and the heating temperature will be adjusted by SCR power regulator with infrared sensors. 

     

    Infrared quartz heaters have insulated stainless steel shell and fast heating gold reflector IR heat lamps. When infrared heaters are put powr on, the infrared heat lamps reach high temperature in a short time as a light source and emit out lots of infrared rays through quartz IR heater, meanwhile, surrounding objects will absorb these amounts of infrared rays directly from our quartz IR heaters and be heated very fast.
