一、 Usage and Introduction - Usage: Suitable for low-temperature drying of easily decomposable, polymerized, and thermosensitive materials at high temperatures. Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, etc.
二、 Equipment features:
1. The boiling point of the material solution under vacuum decreases, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator. Therefore, a certain amount of heat transfer can save the heat transfer area of the evaporator.
2. The heat source for evaporation operation can be low-pressure steam or hot water heating.
3. It can achieve a higher drying rate at lower temperatures, fully utilize heat, and dry low-temperature or thermosensitive materials. Materials containing solvents and those that require solvent recovery can be disinfected before drying. During the drying process, no impurities are mixed in, meeting GMP requirements, and the evaporator has low heat loss.
4. Belonging to a static vacuum dryer, the shape of the dried material is not damaged.
三、 Working principle: Vacuum drying is the process of heating and drying dry materials under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, forming a vacuum state in the studio, reducing the boiling point of water, and accelerating the drying speed.
