This makes fast medium wave infrared heating suitable for rapid heating, drying, curing and continuous industrial production processes.

E-DEN fast response medium wave quartz infrared heating lamps are widely used in glass cutting, paper and ink printing, powder coating curing, film laminating, laminating processes, plastics processing and rubber heating or drying. In glass cutting equipment, fast medium wave twin tube lamps can be used to heat materials such as PVB. In printing applications, they can provide rapid ink drying, while in powder coating systems they can be used for rapid preheating and coating curing.

Depending on the equipment design and heating area, E-DEN can supply single tube or twin tube fast medium wave infrared lamps. Single tube diameters include 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 and 19 mm, while twin tube configurations include 23×11 mm and 33×15 mm. The lamps can be supplied with a clear quartz surface or with a gold reflector or white ceramic reflector, depending on the required radiation direction and equipment configuration.
