What Is Quartz Infrared Lamp
High Efficiency Infrared Lamps are made by three parts, radiation body、filament and other accessories. The radiation body is transparent quartz glass tube. High temperature resistant heating filaments are tungsten alloy, Ni-Cr alloy and carbon materials. Other accessories include molybdenum electrode、cables、insulating ceramics. When the infrared lamps are connecting power supply, the heating filaments reach high temperature in seconds and the radiation body emitter lots of infrared rays, so the objects will absorb those amounts of infrared and be heated very fast.

IR Lamp Reflectos
In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the lamp, the special gold reflector or white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface. The use of a coating reflectors on IR emitters will obtain an additional increase of the IR radiation energy to the heating material. So the heating efficiency and time will be faster than clear quartz tube IR emitters. Besides, through the appropriate distribution of the emitters inside the machinery and the distance from emitter to be heated material, it’s able to get a better reflective angle (60°~80°) for even heating temperature, especially the end parts of products.
