Infrared heating technology is a revolutionary way to heat plastics for different objects' laminating. It is a cost-effective and efficient method for heating plastics that can be used in a variety of laminating applications. Infrared heating technology works by using infrared radiation to heat the plastic material. This radiation is emitted from a IR source, such as an infrared lamp, and is absorbed by the plastic material. The heat is then transferred to the plastic material, which causes it to become malleable and ready for laminating.
The advantages of using infrared heating lamps for plastics laminating include:
1. 3. Lower energy costs: Infrared heating lamps does not need intermediate medium to transfer heat, so there are not so much energy loss than traditional methods, quartz infrared lamps are more high efficiency for industrial drying.
4. Safer: Infrared heating lamps are safer than traditional methods, as lamps does not produce any hazardous byproducts, especially greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide.
5. More precise: Infrared heating lamps can be turned on and off frequently than traditional heat methods, the output power can be controlled and adjusted from 0-rated power, so we can set up the stable and precise heating temperature for heated laminating objects.
