Twin Tube Fast Resposne Infrared Heating Lamp For Wave Soldering Machine

Why preheating before wave soldering? The preheating will heat printed circuit board (PCB) to a certain temperature to avoid thermal shock warping deformation. At present, the wave soldering machine is basically preheated in thermal radiation method. The common preheat methods of wave soldering include forced hot air convection, electric heating panel, electric heating rod and quartz infrared heating. The infrared preheating before soldering can raise the PCB board temperature quickly and activate the soldering flu, it also can vaporize any moisture that may be absorbed or to dilute the carrier solvent of the soldering flux during preheating process.           With the continuous improvement of wave soldering technology, different kinds of fluxes require a higher welding temperature. Do You Want To Eat Breads Heated By Infrared Heaters? Yes, we want and you? We are designing infrared heaters for customer to repalce gas heaters in the oven as attached video.      From customer: I have open oven for making African bread. I use aluminum dicast as cooking plate and i want to put the infrared heater under the cooking plate. And i want to keep the temprature of cooking plate 200- 250° c  length of oven 5.5 meter width of plates 0.7m speed of conveyor 3~5m/min height of plate from base 30 cm Thickness of aluminum plate10mm 16pcs paltes on the top and 16pcs plates in the bottom   We have received above requests from the customer and he wants to make an new oven but with our infrared heaters.  1: The heated object is aluminum palte, thickness is 10mm.  2: The surface (on bread side) temperature of aluminum palte is around 200-250℃, and the paltes running circular from bottom to top.  3: Aluminum paltes are moving with speed of 3~5m/min, so we should have enough infrared heaters and control the heating temperature for all heated aluminum plates. 4: How to choose infrared heater lamps? Aluminum can absorb short wave infrared better, and medium wave infrared heaters are also good for oven drying with conveyor, especailly chepaer prices with long working life.  5: We will design 3 heating zones for the bread making oven, and there are preheating parts so we can guarnatee the 200-250℃ heating temperature when the liquid bread sprayed on the aluminum paltes.    6: Customers also ask SCR temperature controller for the oven, so one controller with 3 heating zones.
