If we distribute infrared heating into the traditional hot air system, that is, infrared heating with hot air circulation, the moisture drying will be better than traditional air heating or using infrared heating alone. Because the flowing hot air can evenly transfer heat to the heated object or any part of heating area, it will not cause the accumulation of heat energy in the middle part, so that the heating temperature is uniform and at the same time, a large amount of evaporated water can be taken away.

Twin tube medium wave IR lamp is made of quartz twin tube with sizes of 23×11mm or 33×15mm. The heating filament is Ni-Cr or Fe-Cr alloy material. The total length of twin tube medium wave IR heater can be up to 6 meter. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the IR lamp, the special gold reflector or white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface.
