The twin tube quartz sizes are 23×11mm and 33×15mm. The heating filament of infrared lamps can be designed by tungsten, Ni-Cr alloy and carbon fiber. In order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR radiation emitted from the lamps, the special gold reflector or ceramic white reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface.   Twin Tube Infrared Emitters are widely used in glass treatment such as: • Molding and tempering • Drying and curing of inks on glass • Screen printing of wind shield glass • Heating PVB film of laminated glass•Glass lamination • Heating of fiber glass reinforced materials
